The description

A steep constabulary (Нauer) prowls on inundated dark blue by light of hell to London in search of nightmarish mutant, elusive killer of his partner on a duty. Futurism hit, by a gloominess reminding "Hurrying on a razor-blade", and freezing saspensom "Silence of lambs" and "Predator". Khauer as usual suborns a charismatic charm.
