A young girl is not good after the attempted suicide gets in a strange Medical Institute, where treat mental disorders. Her brother, knowing that sister got in trouble, the guard madness, only to get it. And he managed to get there. When he is in the walls of the medical establishment he had become acquainted with the doctor, who is responsible for "treating" sick placing experiments on them, in fact, turning them into laboratory rats. The drug turns them into lyudoedov. A brother and sister stalemate, but must find a way or another, Psycho will find them, and to be trouble.
