Day spirits

In Haiti celebrate the Day of Cemeteries and the day of respect for the spirit of "voodoo" - Erzulie. Gad or Fitdemo "are usually held on 1 and 2 November. These days, people flock to the cemetery, to praise the lord of dead - "Baron Samedi", and hold colorful ceremony around the crosses, decorated with candles, skulls and marigold flowers.
